Paulmac repeats, according to Ford and Ellery's EF/EL workshop manuals:-
"Engine coolant below 45degC" = no TCC lockup. One other listed cause is "insufficient road speed". Cheers, Paul

doesnt lock on mine till it gets to about 60 or so
