Gidday, new member here with EF wagon. I intend to change the brakes to later BA/BF type and at the same time update the front suspension to EL specs. I read the EL has improved suspension over the EF so can a knowledgeable person please confirm what parts are to be changed to convert to EL setup? My research suggests it's only the lower control arms and sway bar but I would really like confirmation before swapping parts. TIA for any accurate info.

Save your money. On my EF I have fitted AUii upper control arms with an adaptor from T.I. Performance to make them fit. It gives me about 8-9 degrees of castor and I'm running about 1.5 degrees of negative camber. The car handles mint and the tires wear evenly...

The lower control arms and sway bar are the main bits that get swapped for the EL setup to get that improved handling. |
