does anyone know if you can buy a hydrolic clutch assembly for an ef/el to replace the cable clutch???

Yes, Mal Wood do it. The kit is about $1500, but that is everything you need to get rid of the cable setup.

dam thought would be less, is it all straight bolt on or you have to modify heaps?

straight bolt in afaik. If you are handy with a welder and all of that, you can adapt a BA clutch pedal, and use the BA hydraulic setup and get ENZED or Pirtek to make a line for you.
