The other week i collected my parts from Wilkinson Suspesion Centre in Beechboro. Total af roughly $1030 in trade parts for my ef fairmont.

Front coilovers long travel with custom modified king springs to suit.
Rear super super low king springs.
Rear long travel shocks.
Also a 27mm heavy duty sway bar from whiteline.

All have been fitted except sway bar, i havn't got my licence back yet, i was pulled over by the police yesterday and not brave enough to go back on the road, i think i got away with it, we shall see when the summons comes. I was meant to fit yesterday, first time i drove without a licence and i got a RBT, f**k bad luck i tell you. Could be a further 9 months suspension they tell me.

Anyway i will see if i can get a picture for you fellows, looks nice, standard fairmont rims, low as.

I also had some nice tint put on the car, only 20% but its some american brand stuff high metal percentage realy good at keeping the heat out, cost me $350 for the whole car, i had to strip door trims and side windows.
Again will get a picture.

I'm eagerly anticipating a pic of that car with super super lows on it, and then I want to see a video of it driving over a speed bump. :p

So is this going to be a cruiser or a track beast? 8-)

BTW, I wouldn't do any more testing of the car, being on a suspended license and all.. :?

lol.... i could call you a dcikhead, but i've done the same and funny enough i actually got pulled over for a rbt. Luckily enough i got away with it, and haven't seen a fine in over 6 years now...

But your car sounds good.

I've got my EL pretty low, I have front struts that have the lowered spring seat, which will dorp a car 30mm over any superlow spring, and superlows in the back with SHORT travel shocks. But i need to get the back lower, so may look into another set (maybe kings, or god forbid the grinder!) and see how i go from there.

Only one thing though, do you mean short travel shocks?!

Cheers

Matt

PS might see your car around hey if your in beechboro/bayswater?!
