hello sorry im a newby but i wont to know if anyone knowes the best oil to use in a ef xr6 lsd done 200k

Redline 75W-140 synthetic. http://www.redlineoil.com.au/product-information.asp

But if your pinion seal is old, it might not handle the synthetic for long and need to be replaced in 6-12 months. These guys are good for a replacement:
