ok so iv got 2 auto trans' out of el's and i wanna know what the problems with them could be,both are 200,000km plus
the first one lost all drive in all gears,the guy wanted another one so we put a new(2nd hand) auto in with the convertor from the new box and away it goes.is this problem likely to be a solenoid fault,internal trans fault or failed torque convertor??
the next one was slipping on gear changes under load,light throttle and its fine but load it up and it slips,is this a repairable problem with solenoids or the servo on the side??
