Not sure of the amount but you fill it up until the fluid starts to run out of the fill hole.Put the plug back in .Start it ,run through the gears .Fill it up again,go for a drive to get it hot and top it up again.I hope you have hoist because it is a hell of a lot easier in the air than trying to do it on the ground.Hope this helps Kevman

For a service you will need 5ltrs and for a new trans (empty) around 12ltrs. I also recommend Castrol TQ95.

and i should add that when people are talking bout filling it till the oil comes out the fill hole... the car HAS TO BE LEVEL which is why the hoist was mentioned. the way i got around this was to drive the front of the car up onto a car trailer then put the rear on stands, could be done with ramps to obviously. or do it oldschool and painstakingly put it on four stands.
i might also add there is no specific amount of oil to put in as they do differ. you need to utilise the fill hole overflow method.
