Did you follow the.correct procedur when bleeding power steering? Eg. Jack front of car up so both wheels are off ground, turning wheels left and right (not full lock tho) with Engine running?and have you topped up the fluid once bled? If so you may have a blocked hose

Thanks for the info Avatar, could it be likely the high pressure hose could be blocked or the return hose?

Jack it up so the front wheels are off the ground, then with the engine OFF, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock about 10 times, then check the fluid level.....if it went down, repeat.
When the fluid level is at the full mark, run the engine for about 30 secs, then switch off, and recheck level.

I was always taught by a few mechanics that you also have to prime the pump if its been emptied completely by roatating it backwards a few times, whilst full of oil obviously lol,

Just sharing my experience, :)
