Have done the same, EL "K" frame in to my EB, and have used an EB rack as well. The rack fitted up perfectly.

the racks are different, but they mount the same.
basically... unless you wanna go stuffing around with pulling the rack apart, the column/intermediate shaft/rack should all stay together.

i put the EL kframe in my EA, i only used the EL Rack because i wanted the EL steering wheel.

Ahh Coooool

I have been wondering if the EB rack would work with the EL K Frame.

I have been considering doing this upgrade myself, mainly to take advantage of the better ridgity and dynamics the EL had.

Those of you who have done this, did you notice much difference?

update, just dummy fitted the eb rack to el k frame. You have to grind a little off the mount on the rack to get the hole to line up. only like 2 mm.
