wondering can anyone identify the differences between suspension setup on the following FGs

XR6
XR6T
F6 - my car

im getting quite a bit of diff bounce/driveline shudder when under power. What can I do to remedy this. Thinking bout lowering factory ride height by about 1.5"

anyone recommend a kit with shocks and springs. Also cost...

No Need to be a smartass.... i actually doubt that many people (if any) know the answer to your question. Which would mean they would quite possibly have to research it to get back to you... Which in turn means you could research the information yourself.

This site has predominately been about E-series (Alot more B series now though). If you asked the same for an E-Series i bet you there would be a truck load of replies.

So relax, spend some time on google, and see you how go.

XR6 and T, I believe they are the same.

If the FG F6 is anything like the b-series, then they are XR6 springs with FPV spec dampers and I think a bigger front swaybar, althought not 100% sure on that.

As Dodd said, there are very few FG owners on here, let alone F6 owners.. B-series is getting there, but still a long way behind the e-series.

If you really want some good info and a good penis licking, then your prob best to goto a specialist site like the XR6T forums. There is a bloke on there (senna_T) who is the sales manager for a suspension joint in Sydney who gives good advice and prices on the kinda stuff you are looking for.

Be prepared to spend good $$$ though.

Thanks for that. My apologies for the sarcasm, didn't realize there were so few fg owners, and also didn't realize that there was another forum dedicated to turbo fords

im also interested in the fg suspension. interested to find out what the different ride heights are between levels of car. (eg pov pack vs g6 vs g6e vs xr vs fpv) i have a g6e and want to lower it. can get aftermarket stuff easy enough, but im wondering if i put in ford genuine stuff will it keep my warranty?
