I recently got myself an FG XT 5 spd auto, and was wondering what sort of power figures i could run though it reliably.

I am researching what it takes to get my XT ready for forced induction, and the increased power figures that come with it. I already realise that a ZF 6spd would be the next step, so dont tell me to just get a ZF 6 spd. I want to know what sort of punishment a FG 5spd will take...
