either a burnout, or find a tyre shop that will buff it out

buffing the flat spot out is basically sanding the tyre back so the flat spot is removed..... takes a lot of life off the tyre though

s**t ay, I had one of those about a month ago, following my mate down King Georges Road on a slight slope, both doing the 70, when the lights went orange (time to get through legally) when he decided it was a good time to test his stopping power. I'm not sure if my tyres are hard compound or not (Bridgestone Potenza GIII's) but these babies smoked up hardcore when comin to a stop. And, after the lights went green again, I also had a bit of tyre squared off, sounded terrible, but it worked itself out over the week, could just tough it out for a while and see how it goes ay, hope that helps you a lil man, catcha later.

Cyaz,
Mick.

It's still there. I'm beginning to think its an out of round tyre, not a flat-spot as I've done heaps of burnouts.
