I am going to replace my Front & Rear Suspension Bushes on my EF

I don't have any special tools like a press.
being on a pension I don't have money to go and buy tools to do it.
Is it possible to do them without a press ?
If so could you give me some advice on how to go about it please ?
you guys have given a lot of good advice that have made things a lot easier for me
