Hey, I've got a set of FTR's, and they currently have 225/50/16's on them, but I'd like to put some FAT tyres on the back, they dont have to be HUGE, just reasonably fat compared to what I've got. So my question is this, what tires can I run that will reasonably easily fit under the back of a lowered EF, and are reasonably fat, and reasonably affordable? lol.

I've often wondered this. I just had a look on this website

http://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?wi ... mit=Submit

I have FTR's with 225/50-16 on them. As you can see from the website, their sidewall is pretty straight. If you go bigger, you will start to get a muffin-top look, which could look good on the right car. It seems 245/45-16 is an available size, so might be worth a shot! It would be mainly a visual thing I would say, as a significantly wider tyre on a 7" rim will have quite a bit of sidewall flex. Might be good for dragging though

You don't really need to be too worried about clearance in the rear, I can't see you hitting anything except possibly the guard. I have 245-35-19's on my sedan and it doesn't hit, so should be fine.
