hey there ive got 5speed ef , my problem is each time i change up gears they seem to catch on wat i dont no, but if i change slowly it not happen as bad , this is a pain, i was wanderin if this is the selectors , not shaw even if they have selectors ... thanks :)

1: Try tightening your clutch cable a little.
2: Change the oil, Dexron 3, Penrite Xtra light gear oil or my preference Castrol Transmax Z
3: Syncros may be shot

as he said adjust your clutch cable, if your clutch pedal has gone very hard and seems to have lost some travel as well, then check your firewall...

i should say i had new clutch kit an flywheel machine 500kms ago as done ever since had
