ive built a 409 stroker clevo with a C4 auto fullmanual valve body 4000 stall converterand a nine inch with 3.9 gears im thinking of dropping one leaf from the back springs and installing caltracs so i can get some grip any thoughts or susgestions would be greatly appreciated .

in an old xd ute i had i removed a leaf (3rd or fourth) and turned it upside down and bolted beneath the main leaf. What this did was act as a rebound leaf and worked a treat for traction.
