Hey alll. .
Is there a special way to grease up your front lower & upper ball joints? .. I Think mine are sweaking a bit .. guessing thats what the sound is, Only think left to replace is the radius rod bushes .. |

umm..... if they've got a grease nipple, pump a lil bit in, not too much tho
if they wont take any grease, take the weight off the wheel

They are just the standard factory ones, (old eh?) Don't really wanna have to replace them (HATE PRESSING BALL JOINTS!) ... where abouts do you grease the factory ones from? ..

if they're the factory ones, they most probably wont have a grease nipple
take a look on the other side of the ball joint from where the shaft goes into the spindle, if there's a grease nipple, most of them are within 2 inches of there

how about just pulling the rubber covers back and putting grease in there? ... that work? hehe ..

get a pick and use that to put a small hole int the rubber boot , get a can spray can of grease and place the "straw" into the hole u made with the pick and spray away!

dont bother, if you can actually get any grease in there, it's effectiveness will be questionable

AU2 was novated lease car .. (though work) .. but since moving to the sunshine coast from Melbounre, Had to by my own car .. Also, With the AU2, Because it came everything made for, Could not really do any mod's on it ... with the ED im right into it hehehe .. MOD MOD MOD MOD! .. |
