gday guys

i am currently in the process of dumping my ef with king superlows, and will also be replacing the shocks with monroes. the problem ive come across is whether to put in gt gas or sensatrac shocks? is one better than the other for lowered cars? anyone out there got a setup with these?
any help would be great

I would steer clear of munroe's. Go check out KYB shockers.

I would also be weary of the King superlow springs. I got them fitted and there is a height difference between the front and rear. They are good springs but the height difference does nothing for the look of a superlow car.
I have Monroe GT Gas Shocks in it as well. I think they are good. It drove like a brand new car. Damn height difference its 10mm difference front to rear for the springs though.
Try Lovells springs.

lovells will sit a touch lower too which is cool.
if you want to use monroes go with the gt gas.
if you're on lpg or have sub/amp etc in the boot, get lows for the back and superlows for the front. the weight in the boot will level it out nicely

interesting i never considered what a lpg tank would do to a lowered car. I guess tho if you removed the fuel tank and had no fuel in it (other than gas...provided it was dedicated gas) you could keep it at a not so bad level. Still good consideration.

I have an EL futura lowered with king spring lows...i put in the munro gt premiums. Nowadays im used to the way it drives but after getting out of my car into something like a new BA or AU theres no real different between the BA and the EL...tho i bet if the BA was lowered there would be (tho for the price of lowering its a good suspension mod). I know the GT's are good...so ill suggest them, i almost got the sensatracks but they were a lil more expensive so i didnt really bother...dad tells me my ride in my car is really hard, i cant tell anymore cos i drive it so often but i guess he is right?! That was the idea anyway, i didnt want it to be spongy.
