Hi guys just wondering if any one has had trouble with a heavy clutch i've had my car 7 months my first encounter bent the clutch fork so had it replaced as well as the cable now the cable and fork have snapped again any ideas on why this is?
any help is greatly appriciated. |

excessive load on a stock part?
You WILL crack the firewall in due time too. Best to source a heavy duty clutch (clamping force) with a very low pedal pressure increase. Try using genuine cables too. the cheap ones are pretty s**t.

ahhh a heavy duty clutch will just put more pressure on s**t, and crack the firewall sooner..
I went out and got a plate made for firewall re-inforcement, there is a thread around here on it |

Make sure you buy a new clevis and bushes when you get the cable, most people never bother.
They are not expensive either. |
