I have ordered Whiteline heavy duty sway bars for my au, and just wondering if I need to run bigger bushes to suit the bigger bars or will stock ones do?
Also how much harsher will it make the ride as its pretty rough as is.

whiteline bars should come with their own mouning brackets and bushes. It will make your ride awesome, not harsh.
Did you go 30mm or adjustable?

I went the 30mm didn't really feel the need for adjustables due to not really being a track car.
I do lots of drives thru the hills so though I thought upgrades will be good. Also with adjustable sway bars you can change how firm the bars are. Can be soft or firm

I've done this mod on my EF. Definitely worth it - no more boat-like handling. Now I need one for the rear...

If you fit a bigger bar at the rear ( AU's are hollow and are 23mm ), you will need to brace up the rear outer sway bar mounting points....they will crack without it.

cjh do you have a pic of your rear sway bar mounted?, I got Pedder front 30mm and a Selby 24mm rear adjustable. Pedders got me the Selby for the rear because they said the linkages are much better quality. I want to see if they are any different.

put the front sway bar in today....all i can say is awesome!!!

yes massive difference, now have the rear one in as well and is even better with both.
braced up the mounts too
