i have an ef and i put an el xr8 diff, and used the ef upper control arms for it. now when i take off the car raises at the back instead of squating, and i have no idea why

did you change the position of the nut on the diff where the upper arms go in?

Because the IC of the car has likely changed. Rear end rise is desireable because the car is actually "planting" the wheels into the ground for traction. Squat means its pulling the wheels off the ground and losing traction.

I thought the EF/ELs all did this cause they arent fitted with IRS....so i thought they lift rather than bog down.
