hi i'm trying to fit new brake pads at the rear atm, but i cant get the pistons to go in, its an eb2 with Da rear dunno if brakes differ from ea to eb. anywho it says in the manual use the special tool(which i dont have) and screw the piston in but it wont work, any help would be good

Yeah the rear brakes on them are screw in i dont have the tool either what i used was a screw driver put a rag over the end so u dont scratch the piston. Get a shifter and put it on the screwdriver handle and whind it in that way make sure you do it very carefully.

thanx for that it worked, the other one is really tight are they surpose to be?

Not really, you may have bad brake fluid in the Caliper. I had an EB and the rear Calipers were full of rubbish and I had to end up pulling the Calipers off and cleaning them out then putting new seals in.

Give that caliper a scrub with brake fluid and a scrubing brush and go over the piston with it and try to free it up that way. Make sure your screwing it in the right way :wink:
