Do you know exactly where it's leaking from ??
If not, you might want to wash the master cylinder down with metho, and find out where it's leaking from - it may be just the reservoir seals (either the top lid or the two at the base) - these are easy enough to replace without having to bleed the system.

it's leaking under where it goes into the booster at the bottom ,it's a new mastercylinder so the seals shouldnt be leaking

Probably needs the o ring on the primary piston replaced (you can do this) - may have been damaged when installed - most likely if they didn't lube it with brake fluid before installing - check the bore as well for pitting/corrosion - if you find some then the master cyl isn't 'new'. Is the Master cylinder covered under a warranty ??
