just wondering how much work is involved in putting the LSD out of an xr6t into my xr6

is just out with old in with new or is there other s**t to change ??

and how much would is cost if u have any idea

mine was straight in.
400 at wa diff centre oconner. pluss oil change and the top diff bush was extra

na brought my diff from walliston wrekers.
Was about 1000 for the whole irs setup and i dropped it off to wa diff centre and they swapped the diff centre for me.
I even sold my old diff for 300

You will need Tailshaft, axles, cradle and hubs. N/A 6 is different to V8/Turbo/FPV

I got one from walliston wreckers, it was from a 6sd M XR6T (3.73 LSD) all i had to do was swap complete diff and housing and axles, the rest bolted straight up to my BA XR6. its a bit of a job as you have drop the irs cradle out to change it. cost me $1000, plus the diff oil was pretty pricy. i didnt even change the diff output seals as at the time it was night and i wanted to go driving.
