The leaves need to be professionally re rolled. It isn't a simple DIY job.

You will need at least 17s i think to clear the rear shock mounts when usung lowering blocks on BAs.

Not sure about Vic but I believe lowering blocks are illegal in NSW. To reset them some guys put the bottom leaves on the top to make the eyes sit lower in relation to bottom of the sping, but the best way is to get them done by a professional. I have reset leaves in my XH and am very happy with them, though I bought them already reset so not sure of cost. No rubbing or bottoming out and a much better ride.
