How much lower than standard do kings drop the car?

Need to know for insurance matters if i get superlows say kings how much will it drop the car (exact mm?) cause the insurance comp said i cant go lower than 30mm from origanal. any info on how low your falcon/fairmont what not would prob be useful.

As long as the car isn't any lower than 100mm then the ride height is legal.

So keep above that and you'll be safe.

I'm not sure on the exact drop in height with springs though.

100mm is for legal rta purposes, if the insurance company will only let you lower it 30mm from standard height you can only go king lows which is tickford height from memory.

Just chuck the superlows in it and hope you don't have a prang or change them before the inspector comes to look @ the car.. lol

it can depend on the car though..

my super lows took ~35mm from the front and 45mm from the rear.

you can always claim the origional lowering was 30mm all round, but the springs sagged over time.. which they cant really debate ;) if you can get some info sayin that superlows can lower the car by 30mm then you would be ok i guess, but generally they will be at least 35mm..

on the dodgier side, if you have a prang, make sure the part numbers are illedgable and break some suspension componants and they wouldnt be able to tell ;)

yeah lows will get u round ticky height (35mm from stock)
