hey guys im putting in a new gearbox and stall converter how much oil do these gearboxes take from empty

10.4 litres including torque converter for a dry fill.

but how much will it take after a filter change (pan out obviously)

Roughly 4 litres. Best it to fill it till it comes out the hole, then start it and run it through the gears, then top up till it comes out the hole again, then it is full.
