hi all

i am newbie to fords so take it easy on me 8-)

i am was wondering is there any way to find out what diff ratio is in the diff is stamped on the diff housing or on the id tags??

i am looking at getting a lsd from a ea-ebish and or equiverlent farlanes and i want 2.9 and up as the 2.7 lsd is useless to me

so basicly i am asking how do you find out what ratio is in the diff housing i really dont wanna be pulling apart 20 diff's just to find there all 2.7's

thanks
Sam

i think its stamped on an id tag at the back end ( end facing backward). so no need to pull em apart.
