Wheels off, 2 bolts that hold caliperon, come off, lift off caliper, disc should come off with some persuation, watch out for wheel bearing outer coming off with it, replace seal, and wheel bearings if doing so, reverse process, been a while , but its pretty easy, buy a 40 buck manual, shows you all the easy jobs.
