Kick a*** steady, glad to see you getting it all too.

You end up with the non adjustable bars obvously? s**t, i think that you could have been a better price than even whiteline itself gave me... :?

yeah, non adjustable...
Really?
There's been a minor setback.
My stuff's gonna be a bit longer coming. 2 weeks for Dampers and Bars, and 4(!) weeks for springs...
Whiteline apparently have none in stock and have to get them made up.
Seeing as it's a bit longer time period, I got the guy from Autobarn to tack the Rear Dampers onto the order as well.
I cannot recommend Autobarn in Sunbury highly enough. The guy I've been dealing with, Brian, has been an absolute legend. I had like a 20 minute convo over the phone with him today when he rang to tell me about the delay.
He gave me the option of cancelling the order with a full refund of my deposit.
He told me when whiteline told him they had no parts in stock, he gave them a spray and asked them "Do you guys get ANY business at all?"
I never really was a big fan of autobarn, but now I think I'll just go in and deal exclusively with this guy.

Thats a bastard about the wait, but at least you have old mate at autobarn looking out for you!! its good to hear every now and then.

If the bars that you ordered have a Z at the end of the code, then it is the blade adjustable.
ie: BFF35AZ is adjustable front swaybar
BFF35AX is non adjustable

And BFR35Z or BFR35 for the rears

For an EF anyway!! :P

Oh yeah, and sorry bout that, i proly stole the last set of springs or something!! :D

Ha ha, I actually thought that when he told me! You probably go the last set in stock!
Yeah, I went non adjustable. Down the track I might some get some adjustables for the Sprint, when I get some free time I plan on doing a track day or two in it.
I'm slapping it all in myself. Putting in a 3.45 LSD diff at the same time, so I'll take a few pics, and do a write up on any problems I run into for you guys.

Yeah, just the troubles of holding something in the air that's >200KG, AND trying to bolt it up. Quick go get some strong friends, entice them over with the promise of a coldie or two.

I think the back end of a ED and EL are very similar, so it's a simple job.

oh hell yeah, thats sweet. Now i am the jealous one, i want to be able to do track days!! damn living in the motor racing sticks!!

Oh, and i meant to mention, that my new front swaybar bushes are on the way now from whiteline, the ones they sent were the wrong size, so not long now till it goes in either.

Okay, i am going to ask a silly question now, is there meant to be grease in the swaybar bushes? cause my back end squeaks now (never did before) and i cant think what it could be

Seems neither can the place i got to install it...

Weather is all overcast and s**t, so i might rattle off one or two quick photos, but they wont be great

Not bad at all there..
I had to wait around 4-5weeks for my springs too, seems fkn stupid, but they dont seem to keep much ford stuff in stock from what ive been told.

Yeah the Autobarn guy that was dealing with Whiteline for me couldn't believe it.
'It's a bloody Falcon, how can you not have them in stock?' was what he said to them.
Time to lose the mudflaps Nicco, they do not sound nice when they scrape on speed bumps!
Embaressing with people around...
