Yeah got 'em with the diff off Arm79.
Whiteline flog there own upper control arms, that are basically identical to the XR ones I think.

Yeah, i knew whiteline sold their own ones, but yeah, i am interested to hear how yours goes.

Got my new front swaybar in today (Whiteline air freighted the new bushes up to me)

For whoever it was who asked if the bars are worth it... definately!! It was brilliant before, but now it is just magic. Havent had a chance to really take it for a good fang, but from what i have done, it sits so nice and flat through the corners, and just tracks!! :D

The whole package is brilliant. It is still excellent for comfort around town, it sits low, and handles brilliantly, exactly what i wanted when i ordered it.

Thougroughly impressed. Proly take it up the "test" range road tommorow for a bit of a before/during/after comparo of the setup.

I'm hanging for my bits to get here.
I found a nice little performance test to try on your favourite stretch of road.
Reset the average speed in your trip computer at a setpoint.
Over my favourite stretch I got a not too shabby 72.9km/h.
That was with gobs of understeer, but the biggest setback is brake fade (it's a downhill section with 2 hairpin switchbacks and a s**t of second gear kinks)
I'll be happy with an 80k average with the new bits in, might change brakepads while I'm at it.

Track days are awesome, don't let them slip you by.

Yeah, i can imagine they would be. But living in Cairns, the biggest track we have is a go kart one. Which mind you i fang around with my gokart on!! But its not the same, i wanna throw around the falcon i think!! :D

Next year i have to move to townsville for uni ( ) the only good thing about there is the drag strip, and i think that there is a hill climb club, which i will be keen to be a part of.

The road I drive on is speedlimited at 100km/h.
It's a series of probably 80-90k kinkers, linked together by a few sweepers and short straights.
Mind you, the hairpins are engineer posted at 10km/h :D
It goes downhill, but the uphill run is fun too, you don't have to worry about brake fade as much, just try to carry as much corner exit speed as you can.
You can go for a flat out hoon on it, and never go over the speed limit.
If your in Victoria, I recommend you make a trip out to Mt.Macedon one day.

That sounds like a sweet section of road!! We have 3 ranges and a coast road all within 20min of my place.

One range with really tight twisty hairpins, one with longer more flowing corners (but often trucks), one that is a fair mix of both but the road is quite narrow (cant go fast incase someone is coming the other way) and a kick a*** flowing coast road. What more can you ask for??

*No speed limits on them*

A racetrack in your backyard for one :D
Yeah, that's the only problem, most good stretches of road have other people on them :(
I usually hit mine up after work during the week, cause on the weekend it gets clogged with tourists doing 20km/h

Funny how speed limits are done. 100KM/H on a road which is as you say hoon-able without breaking the limit, while a nice stretch of double carraige highway is the same - or lower (here there's parts of the highway that are only 80 zones).
