How much do you want to spend...

Realistic options are T5(5sp manual) and BTR(4sp auto), other options are there but they will get really expensive.

Yes a T56 would be awesome... I'd have one in my ED if they weren't so bloody dear and were easier to fit, but mainly because its so dear...

For direct fitment, you either have T5 Manual or BTR Auto... Which is the two options they came out with from the factory...

Cheers,
Tim

marxr8 - what's your plans for the vehicle? Do you want manual or auto? Are you chasing more power in the future?

A t56 6 speed manny would be a driver's car, great fun to drive, but comes with a hefty price tag..

If you've got the money, hand's down, go with a T56.

thanks guys. for a start has to be a manual. and that what i have now. I will chace more power. i was looking at a tickflow up grade kit from summit.com( includes biger rockers, cam and all over better air indution. But while saving for this i got to exited haha that i forgot about my issue from first to second. I think its the sinkro but yeah when ever i take first over 3000 it always grinds ALWAYS. I now i could do a rebuild but i figer if im gunna do more power and im already having issues with my box i should get a new or better one. also when i take it over 4000rpm it shakes like a mother f#*ker but i think thats natural.

for a gear box I can part with $5000 and if i need more ill find it haha.

Cherrs

Go T56 mate! You won't regret it!

http://www.boostedfalcon.net/viewtopic. ... 733ee08d84

Read that thread mate, hopefully you can view it. I'm sure a few of the member's on their can source the parts you need and point you in the right direction. The T56 is also extremely tough and shouldn't give you any grief at all with the power your chasing.

Goodluck mate, I hope I've been helpful.
