hey

other than installing Braided Brake Lines, is there any way to increase the amount of pressur ein your braking system? Im not entirely satisfied with how much i have to push my brake pedal to get any descent braking action

Ive got standard brakes on rear, DBA Slots and EBC Greenstuffs on front

The brakes have more than enough power when u push the pedal enough, but i just want a bit more stiffer pedal

Thanks

Not really. Braided lines aren't that expensive, and do the trick nicely.

Have you got the plastic brake dust thingers on the inside of the stock rims? if you take them out you get better performance, or ride the brakes a bit harder for a while/ take pads out and scrub on concrete for a bit. all of above worked for me

maybe there is another problem?

Have you bled the system recently to replace the fluid? Sticking calipers/ pistons? Another brand of pad? (there IS a difference between brands, and within brands as well) Brake booster loose? Master cyl needs o/haul?

Organic pads need less pressure to stop but fade with heat build up, metal pads need a little more force but won't fade.
