which is the KAAZ part number for BW 78 series diffs?

pretty sure its dag3820 just wanting to make sure,

which would be better 1.5 way, or 2 way for street driving, just want a good LSD that lasts longer than 3 months :D

anyone got one how do they handle etc?

cheers

Why do they only last 3 months?

Could the diff not be "aligned" properly or is it "enthusiastic" driving?

its coz the standard lsd is a gay cone type and they chew out after a couple of skids,

didnt take much to go to one wheel actually,

will try changing oil, see if that helps

Yeh the KAAZ lsd's are awsome bit of gear... Ive driven the 1.5 way there really smooth, but can be a little clunky sometimes at real low speeds, but nothing to call home about...neva worry bout doin the imbarasin 1 wheeler again!!! lol

I have used KAAZ diffs before, and i highly recommend them.

I have used a 1.5, and a 2way, for your application i would recommend a 1.5way, thats sufficient for street, and will forever be better than any factory LSD.

I have used these diffs in tough street, and drift cars, and they are great.

Andrew.

The factory cone type LSD are good for normal and some spirited driving but they dont like doing burnouts, kills them really quick. Mine has been in for 15 months and its not that much different to when it first went in, only burnouts I do are at the drags. I have heard the KAAZ diffs are pretty good thuogh.

nah just the centre it self, you have to use your existing crown wheel, new bearings etc

Last KAAZ i bought, was 5 months ago, and it was only $1100. Not sure what they are now, but the above mentioned $1600 is still a good deal.
