Go super lows!
Well i've got custom spring that drop it between lows and super lows. They've sagged a bit so its very noticebly low. It really is up to taste, and what u can live with. I dont get much scrappage only on the hugest and most sharp speed humps or incline. Other than that its pretty sweet. |

i got king 'lows' and with 5 people in the car, i scrape exhaust tip and mudflaps (dont tell me to remove them i need them) on pretty much any driveway.
it would look nice a little bit lower, but got to think of the boring practicalities

Superlow's for sure. If you fit the low's, you will always be wishing you had gone lower

so how do all you superlow people go with 5 people in the car?? im really struggling with anything resembling a driveway and wouldnt even attempt a speedhump, the back just sags too much. and it seems that whenever you have 5 people in the car, someone wants to go to the bottleshop, which is a big problem, too steep a driveway..

Mine scrapes on afew things with just me in the car. Speedhumps are OK - just have to be sensible about it.
5 people in the car? Depends who. i.e. other weekend had mate in shotgun and two chicks in the back and was fine on driveways, bottle'o, speed humps etc. But with 2-3 larger guys in the back it'd struggle. It's manageable IMO.

yeh with just me and a mate its fine, just scrape the mudflaps occasionaly.. but your right you do learn to manage it, ive started doing things like parking in front of peoples houses rather than driveway if picking a few up, and going to the supermarket bottle shops. with 5 normal people in the car, my mudflaps sit about an inch from the ground, so its doesnt take much at all to scrape them.

Go for superlows on front and lows on rear... I have supalows all round and the bum sits too low... with a full tank of juice and packed up for a holiday trip it looks like a low rider, The tow bar allways hits the driveway, but it makes me feel young again
If your going for 18s or so later on then get the supalows though |

i had the same problem mate, didnt know wether to go lows or superlows, i ended up going the lows, they havent settled properly yet so im not to sure how much lower it will go but either way it looks alot better than standard, the only dissapointment is the front still sits a bit too high. If i wasnt so paranoid about getting a yellow sticker and hassle from the boys in blue i would have got superlows... as a few of my mates have been defected for ride height
good luck with the car mate

dont forget to consider insurance as well. dont want a claim rejected for the sake of an inch. find out what yours allows.

Well i've always had Super lows on all my cars,, but the Ford under body looks low yet the guards are high...
What sort of clearance are you getting under the lowest part of the car with SUPER LOWS? getting the 100mm? I really want the back tyre to fill up the guard with the exiting 15" rims i have at the moment,, but im not planning to change the shocks or go bigger then 16-17" rims. |

So your in the "I modify suspension for better looks" basket then. Well your not going to fill up the guard with 15" wheels. Unless you like black rubber. You will have a crap/dangerous ride with the standard shocks and superlows. Someday I will get around to posting the pics if my car with 15" wheels and whiteline low kit. I think it looks nice, but I like it more becasue it makes the car drive better. Ahhh form and function the engineers holy grail.
