Hey guys i had this knocking sound under my left hand wheel for a while and my mate said it could be the sway bar rubbers where stuffed so i upgraded to a white line one and the knocking sound is worse now and can be herd from both sides any suggestions ?

Loose front wheel bearings?

upper control arm bushes need looking at, Jack it up, pull the wheel, the upper control arm where it is secured has 2 mount points with a big bolt through it, the bush in these mount points deteriorates, check it out, should be NO movement laterally only suspension travel up and down.
