Hey guys the t bar in my ef seems to be loose. it goes into gear fine and all it just moves from side to side and over bumps and stuff it annoys the s**t out of me.

my dads ea used to be like this and he paid like $300 to get it fixed ages ago. it doesnt seem to be liek a big problem i thinkl. i took the centre console out but everything is nice and tight there. any ideas on what the problem is and how much it SHOULD cost to fix?

$300? lol the bushes are less than $10 for the set, and its a piss easy job, pull the shifter surround out, unbolt the shifter, crawl under the car and undo the shifter->tranny linkage and remove shifter, disassemble it, replace the bushes and put it all back together
