Different rules for different cars in different states.
generally speaking superlows will put you on the legal limit in most states (depending on your car it might still be illegal).

Its all depends on where you are located. But in Vic i am aware that is is 100mm of the ground. That is how mine is been pulled up by a cop they measured it and didn't say a thing.
