I've got a EL wagin, and i used Kings low springs. I bought lowered front and rear springs, with the extra leaf in the rear.

With the extra leaf in the rear, it tends to make the car understeer more, so I have put in a Whiteline sway bar. It handles quite well now, but with a tendency to oversteer when pushed really hard.

Getting all the springs was a much better proposition then getting mine reset.

BTW: when you go to get the bits from you local speed shop, get the prices online first from Kings, or Whiteline, and then you have something to bargain with!! I got my bits for less than Kings and Whiteline were asking online, cos I said if you don't better this price, I will buy the bits elsewhere.

Should I get new shockies too? Or will super low king springs in the front and reset leaves in the back do fine?

If your front struts (shocks)are ok then there is no need to replace them.but they have to come out to replace the springs so if you can afford to do them at the same time then it would make sence to do it all at once.Same for the rear.

If you can afford new shox, get ones that are suited to lowered cars, the damping and rebound settings are different to std ones. Pedders market them, so do munroe, and I believe Whiteline. I guess a few other places would too, Koni, etc.,
