How low do you want to go?
Consider the following; 1) Conditions of the roads in your area. 2) Your driveway angle. 3) Do you tow anything? 4) Do you offten carry passengers in the rear? 5) Is the car for family use? |

I have Koni Yellow adjustables shocks and kingsprings low all round.
Attachment: This was when it was just lowered. I believe I had lows in the front and super lows in the rear at the time and you can see the a** end sitting lower. I ended up getting them changed to lows all round as I wanted some practicality. This photo was taken maybe in 2008. Attachment: Over the years it dropped further and this is how it sat in 2013. I'll be going with Lovells brand springs this time and going for XR height rather than low KingSprings as I now have a newborn to cater for. Comfort over performance now. For the sake of clearance and practicality, go with low or XR height especially if you constantly have passengers or tow. I towed a race bike with all the spare gear in the back, which dropped the back quite significantly. With shocks set on stiff, I was able to get around without too much scraping of the tow ball, on medium and I was making marks at every dip on the road. So just be aware of the consequences with going too low.
