Today i bought 2 pairs of king spring super lows, wondering why some people have lows at the front and supers at the back, is it ok having supers for front and back, how low do supers leave your ride height, do they need to be cut for it to be low.

Generally super-lows tend to drop the front a little too far, possibly making it illegal and giving the car that over raked appearance. However, differant cars give differing results - try it and see.

thanks for the reply, that seems logical because of the fords tendancy to have a higher rear, does any one have a picture of a falcon on super lows, if the front does drop more than the rear can you just cut the rear springs to balance it out.

you will need a camber/castor kit too. I would reccomend a shim type. thicker sway bars would be a good idea too.

Sitting on 17" rims, King Super Lows all round, Pedders shortened struts and shocks, Shim Kit for the camber. You have to use shortened struts and shocks otherwise you will stuff your standard struts in no time, and as said, use a camber kit or you will scrub out your tyres ultra quick.

im one of these king super low fronts and king low rears people :)

it sits at 88mm at the front, and clears easy at the back, the reason is i have a gas tank so it doesnt look odd, has a small rake to the front which i love.

see sig or gallery for pics.

thanks for the pics mate, and by the way your car looks hell beast..nice. these pics have helped because i was worried having supers all round wouldnt have it set level, and thought it might not be low enough for me but from the pics supers will be great looking and hopefully a whole lot better fealing.

Some pics in my gallery of supers all around, ended up getting a minor defect as it was approx 7mm too low. Its a ghia so i guess the extra weight may have had something to do with it !
