G'day. I am just trying to get an understanding of exactly what I need to do to lower my ED. Obviously changing springs, but is that all? I have Gabriel Ultra struts and shocks that I recently fitted, so I have spring compressors. If I were to buy some lowering springs and swap them with the stock springs, is that all that needs to be done?

Dont go too low on standard stroke shocks. Other wise is straight forward.

If you have already replaced the shocks/struts before its the same procedure. As just stated if installing super lows or lower it is wise to install shortened shocks for more suspension travel if you have not already done so. One tip would be is to remove mark the outside of the front upper spring rubber seat from the steel seat to make it easier lining up the new springs when fitting. The reason for this is that the replacment sping coils do not start and end in the same positionas the originals. One more thing is dont forget that the rears must be fitted as left and right, the fronts dont matter. Look forward too seeing the end result so post up some pics.

You will need a wheel alignment after fittment of the springs, may need camber kits, but wait and see results of W/A.
Also they may find other worn components, B/J's, rack-ends , etc...
