i'd like better braking...but without changing size or calipers.
the standards on the EA are 287mm all round, with ventilated on the front. is it possible to take my existing discs and get them slotted at a brakes specialist? maybe cross-drilled as well, i'm unsure. or would it be cheaper and easier to just buy 2 new discs?

probably alot cheaper to just buy the slotted DBA discs then getting your originals slotted.
Dont go with cross drilled, heard alot of stories about the cross drilleds cracking

theres is no reason to go cross drilled, all motorsport has given up using them and they were only needed back in the day when brake pads turned into gas under extreme heat, the holes provided a space for the gases to go.
I would just get a pair of DBA slotted discs for the front and leave the rear standard. |

and a good set of pads will make a huge diffrance to ur braking, get some bendix heavy duty or higher. dont bother with the old rotors, just get dba slotted they are cheap as!!

thanks guys i saw the DBA ones in the brakes section, $99 per slotted rotor. i'll probably get them for the front and put the ventilated ones on the rear, with some decent pads.
