Correct it's much easier to put AU2 brakes on a AU1 than a e series .
All you need is AU2 uprights, calipers , rotors . Probably few other things . But yeah all bolts up

definatly going to do the gf's breaks the things shutter pretty bad so while im doing it might as well up grade them plus have to fill in the blank space behind the 20's

If it works ( which it will fingers crossed ) I'll make up a how to thread for anyone wanting to do it . As long as you can get acces to a lathe and mill you can do it for under $700, probably even $500. I've spent more money on buying equipment than the parts lol Angle grinder $60 Sand blasting kit $40 Brake cleaner $16 ................ Calipers $40

Except TE run a bigger rotor . TE also run a different caliper, a PBR C4 caliper. Same as I have in my RBM kit.

The C4 Caliper is used in the AU Premium brake kit. Dave's TE has C4 Calipers.
Difference: Red Caliper with COBRA is a C4 Caliper

It has the 2 holes like Dave's . So what's a AU2 twin piston caliper called ?
And what's the difference between it and a c4 premo caliper ?

Dave's is the same as an AU2 Premo caliper.
AU2 Caliper, I am unsure of the name.

Anyways I have a twin piston caliper . That's all I care about lol gotta be better than a single

Only if they were optioned with Premium brakes.

Here's a good guide for AUI to AUII/III upgrade:
http://mobile.fordforums.com.au/showthr ... t=11263967 Hey Corey, don't forget to swap calipers around (D on P side, P on D side), so that the bleeder is at the highest point. This will mean it will be close to the upright.
