Are you sure the discs need to be swapped , I thought the slots faced to the front of the car .
DRIVERS SIDE PASSENGER SIDE More pics , close ups of abs .

According to this , it doesn't matter which way the slots face , as long as the vents inside the rotor face forward , I really cbf swapping them over lol

So confusing lol
Quote: The slots in the surface of the rotor do not necessarily determine how the rotor is mounted, the internal vanes do. Air is drawn in at the center of the rotor and expelled from the outer edge as the rotor spins. For curved or angled vanes, the vanes should point to the rear of the car (at the top of the rotor). For rotors with vanes that are straight from the hub to the outer edge, the direction they spin is not relevant, so point the slots in whichever direction you think looks best. I'll check the vanes and determine which rotor goes Where

But what about the cooling fins inside , some say doesnt matter about the slots, its the vanes inside .If the vanes are straight it doesn't matter which way they go , but if the vanes are curved they face towards the rear of the car , so confusing lol

I checked which way the fins are facing and on the drivers side they face towards the rear which is right , but on the passengers they face forward ? So do I have 2 of the same side discs ? If I swap them over the slots will face the right way but then the drivers sides vanes will face the wrong way , can't win . f**k it I'm leaving it lol regardless of which disc goes where they have got to be better than e series lol

Well done corey. Looks good. Two paper plates clamped by wet lettuce would be better than e-series brakes

Haha defiantly lol
Well there on , pedal feel is soft but after bedding them In they are starting to pull up , the rotor rubs on the shim , but that noise is slowly going away , when I turn right I can hear the drivers rotor scraping on the anchor plate . I'm thinking it's the bearing preload . Also worried about the brake lines being pinched , they are long and lay low . I had both wheels in the air and tuned the wheels left , right full lock and they didn't get caught , so should be ok . A zip tied them to the shock so it brings them up a bit . It was scary driving my car lol . As long as there a no noises I feel safe lol Passenger is good , drives side makes a few noises , I know what they and should go away , I hope.

I realised its not the side of the rotor that's hitting the shim its the top . The rotor is still running up and down .
Should of left more of a gap between top of rotor and bracket . See how it goes .
