As Troy said you are noticing it now because the wheel is further out. It would of always been that way. The 8mm it has come out has made it more noticeable.
The bottom arm isnt adjustable so not much can be done there.

So will I have the get the top pushed out more ? Then my wheel will sit out further ? I'll work something out , worst case scenario is I remove the hub and face 8 mm of it . I should of done that in the first place .

You cant face 8mm off the hub.
If you do that you will end up tearing the studs out of the hub as there will not be sufficient material to hold them in.

The hubs are 20mm thick or so. The splined part of the stud is only 10 mm long , I could get away with it but as you said could weaken the hub / studs .

in the cast iron, you may have to machine steel hubs, and you can come down to 10-11mm thick,or off set to the back of the hub a few mm. and be a little bit thicker.

Got a wheel alignment , didn't need a camber kit but it was close. They said there's not much thread left but it's within the specs from ford .
I can upload the print out ? Feels better to drive aswell .

Well that's pretty much it for the big brakes , they are done , now going to look into engineering .

was on the phone to an engineer, he had no problems with the way the hub was made, so i have a chance of it passing, sent him loads of pics now waiting on a reply

he said they are fine , as long as i didn't machine the stub axle, which i didn't. i only machined the ears off so the larger rotors could fit on, he wasn't worried too much about how far the holes were drilled from the edge on the upright, but was more concerned how far away from the edge they were on the bracket.

Sounds very promising.
Think I'll keep an eye out on ebay for some stuff now.

It did kit was made for under $1000.

If people are interested I could probably make a few kits , I do have my old uprights and rotors , I'm confident it will pass engineering , if not it will only be a minor issue .
