Do you think if you get a custom machined hub that you can achieve standard wheel track?

A lot of it depends on what rotors you use - Mustang, AU TE/TS50 rotors you can certainly achieve it.
BA/BF rotors you won't. Corey's setup retained std +6.0 E series offset, didn't it ??

He said you could take that 7mm off the "hub" to retain std wheel track, but it causes some fairly big changes to the brackets as they are currently 10mm thick plate located flush to one side of the stub, if you shift the rotor back 7mm, you now need to relocate the bracket as 3mm plate will not suffice.
I still think it can be done, but the brackets will need to mount from the opposite side of the stub and have some spacers to match up with the calliper in between the 'ears'. Similar to how the Cebco (Race Brakes Melbourne) setup is done. |

While this threat is active again,
Did ef_falcon_95 get the brakes up and running fully?

This is what I'm finding currently. The bracket will still have the dogleg shape, and have some old suspension crush tubes as spacers.

It's something I will tackle in due time. No rush for it at this stage for me.

Hi everyone yes the kit is still going strong today . I had an engineer look at it not long after it was done. He didn't pass it because I had made the hole which the bolt goes thru too big , so to locate the bracket I used a roll pin which he didn't like.
He wanted the bolt a nice fit to the hole which I understand but at the time the kit was trial and error . I fixed those issues up when I made a kit for turbo Ghia and I would say his kit would have no issues being engineered .

I have a set of machined uprights that I will use to make myself another kit with all the issues from the first one fixed , but I think I will use a El GT rotor that way its standard offset and less time in machining the rotor down to a hub

EL GT Rotors are still available but expensive, don't hold you breath for continued production though.

A pair of Slotted El GT rotors is $578. So yes they are expensive , you could buy some decent DBA te50 rotors.
