got it all sorted
seized spigot(spelling) bearing thrust bearing. and the clutch was down to the rivets. the guy also rang me up and asked who installed the box cause it was the s**t job he had EVA seen. and i gladly replied waliston wreckers. got new everything and a nice hd rpm clutch. i thing that ive noticed with this clutch is that it makes liek a weird sound at 2500 up. sounds sorta like a babys rattle. is that normal?

There should be no noise, i have an RPM clutch and it doesn't make any noise at all. Did they machine the flywheel? Did they use new bolts & spring washers for the clutch cover? On my EA, I had to drill & tap 3 new holes to fit the clutch cover as the original setup had only 3 holes, tell ya what, 6 is way better, has positive hook up now, no slipping at all.
Did they change/check condition of the g'box oil? Does the cable feel nice & smooth to operate the clutch?

How you would tell what was installed is the price, a ceramic or brass button clutch is a lot dearer, and the are not smooth driving friendly.
