I'm looking at getting some new rims and tread shortly.

Car is running at ticford ride hight at the moment and I'm tossing up between 235/45/17 or 245/40/17, but I'm not sure how they will go under the front guards.

Any advice?

i've got 235/45/17's at the moment, running with lovell superlows - my front left tyre scrapes out on the guard - so i'm going to have to roll it. besides that, no other issues!

I'm also running King superlows, 17x8" rims and 235/45 17 tyres on my EL. Has never fouled on guard, there is enough room.

EL sedan, lowered 50mm, 245/40 and 265/35 18'"s and they just touch on 100+km/h country road bumps with a full car load.

235/45R17s Whiteline superlow.

Some scrubbage on inner front left under hard braking and hard turning. I would'nt go any wider on the front, but on the backs yeah.

Waggin is looking for 15x10" rears on the waggin!

if you intend on doing corners with bumps at low or high speed roll your front guards as even 235's will rub on it, with tickford suspension not very likely to happen tho.

rears can go 265s quite easily so ive been told
