Hey guys, long time reader second time poster! My 07 BF MKII XR6 has been suffering from some inconsistent vibration in the steering wheel when hitting high speeds. By inconsistent I mean it is on and off and the intensity of the vibration can vary. At it's worst the vibration can be easily felt in the steering wheel and faintly seen with the naked eye.

Here is a list of things done to the vehicle that may be relevant to the issue.

2017
Front wheel bearings and nuts replaced

2018
Front lower control arm & inner bushes replaced
Front lower ball joints replaced
Front sway bar and bushes replaced

2019
Front brake pads & rotors replaced
Rear rotors replaced
Brake fluid flush

2020 - When the issue first arose so I did the following
x4 new tyres
x2 rims repaired for MINOR warp/buckle (the other 2 were fine)
wheel alignment
wheel balance

Tie rod ends ?
The bolt shaft should be stiff in its housing, same as a new ball joint.

Bent rims may still be an issue. Put them on a balancer again & if you can see ANY bend or buckle, get rid of them.

Drive shaft centre carrier bearing ?
Be aware, these move a couple of mm if you yank on it, that would be normal.

Have you tried winding the brake boost bolt to the master cylinder back in a bit as this sometimes can cause vibration through the car at highway speeds?

Exactly. Ive done this on my car with the same issue many years ago. You need to remove the Master cylinder to do it.
